I like to explain the meaning of "One Goal. One Vision."
"One Goal. One Vision." was introduced in a series
of magazines pages where. we showed our best athletes with a
sentence that illustrated their thinking and what goes through
their minds:
Understand that whatever you do in life, from commitment comes
great achievements
Itユs not a new story and no matter who you ask, Max Biaggi,
Jeremy McGrath or Juan Pablo Montoya the answer is always the
same. All you must have is a desire, a need to be better than
the rest. This desire has no bounds and will not be held back
by a deadline or by someone who says it can_t be done.
Alpinestars has embraced this attitude and allowed it to become
the reason why we surround ourselves with people who need to
be the best. A commitment is needed to be made and kept to become
the best.
Training, study and practice are all key elements in the equation
of this success. The attitudes needed to focus your energies
for a sustained period is not found in everyone. Champions have
this focus. Leaders in industry have this focus. And most people
who have realized their goals have this focus.
Everyone at Alpinestars is focused on one aspect of success
or another. We train to develop the best motorcycle goods. We
train to have the best logistics or delivery systems. We study
to become better at understanding every side of design and production
and we practice these things every day. Just as the champion
motorcycle rider trains, studies, practices and keeps his focus,
we too follow the positive principles of sport in the everyday
quest to be better.
Top athletes have this understanding deep in their minds and
in their everyday way of life. We share this understanding and
commitment, which applies to everything in life.
Our philosophy is this:
"Top Athletes. Alpinestars.
Same Goal. Same Vision to achieve it."
I hope you appreciate these words. They are important to our
company.
